Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FounderOS ("the Service"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FounderOS is a software-as-a-service business management platform for freelancers and small businesses, providing client management, invoicing, expense tracking, document storage, scheduling and AI-assisted insights.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance: Starter €19/month, Pro €49/month, Business €99/month.
  • Prices are in euros and may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Free Plan & Trials

A limited free plan is available. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access data without authorisation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the business data you submit. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability & Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction as stated in the Impressum.
